After registering your intent to submit for the full Award (below), we will give your school
- a username and password to access to the Award Resource Areas
- these areas may help save you time and effort in planning to plug any gaps that were identified through your Social School Award self assessment.
- online storage to privately upload your Award evidence as you build it up for submission
- a certificate of intent to apply for certification
Registration fee: £299 (+vat).
Once successfully awarded, the school certification & plaque are issued for 2 years.
After 2 years, your school can optionally go through a further 'lite' assessment to evaluate progress made since the Award was first issued (£199 +vat). If the lite assessment is successful, your school will be re-certified & re-issued with an updated Award for a further 2 years.
